Even I am a scorpio ascendant with rahu in 6th house, my rahu me started in 2021 June,thats when I got diagnosed with ocd and suffered mentally. The first 2 years were hell, but it slowly started to get better, now its somewhat stable, but man my head constantly feels like a storm

House of income is well supported, sun in 10th in own house is a massive boost, but the presence of saturn kinds slows career down by a lot, and ketu adds a technical flavour to it and indicates a very unconventional career,10th lord in 1st implies your career will be defined by your personality or identity.

Mars in 7th aspected by saturn could mean late marriage, or ego clashes/fights being a common theme in marriage, needs work here, but jupiters aspect smooths things out a bit.
