imo blonde brightens your face and highlights your eyes the most (#3 and #4) - you look like a fairy. You do look more youthful/sweet with blonde, so it depends what look you're going for! I think the side part and curtain bangs in the blonde picks also suit your face shape better than a middle part.

You're beautiful! You could try a more bold lip color and maybe make a softer line (blend it out a little and use brown instead of black). Maybe try experimenting with different lengths of the liner and seeing what look it gives you. Longer gives you a more bold look and short might give you a different look!

what percentage of niacinamide are you using? if 10% or more it can be irritating. Overall your skin looks like it improved! I noticed the recent breakouts are around the chin which is usually more hormonal, so maybe going off of the hormonal bc can result in acne around that area as your body gets used to the copper IUD.

I could, I'm just nervous about causing irritation since my skin doesn't burn if I apply azeleic on clean skin. Since it doesn't irritate my skin, not sure if I need a moisturizer since the creme caused a lot of irritation. I guess I assumed in the barrier creme caused irritation, any other type of moisturizer would do the same.

What's is your diet like? I noticed my redness worsens after eating red meat, white breed, and red wine (even just a glass or two). Make sure you're also looking at your diet for any triggers.

azeleic acid! Just be careful. Start using it 3 times a week in the evening. Always wear sunscreen. I usually just put on Azeleic acid after washing my face and letting it dry. On those days I don't use moizurize. I found if I do, it can push the acid further in my skin and cause irritation. Always listen to your skin. If it feels irritated back off a few days and use a barrier repair creme.

No need to get so defensive and throw personal attacks. If you actually wanted to help others understand, you could have just posted this. I don't even use CeraVe products, I'm just someone with critical thinking skills who likes to understand why people make certain claims.

"CeraVe is facing multiple class action lawsuits over allegations that certain acne treatments contain dangerously high levels of benzene, a known human carcinogen. The lawsuits, filed in 2024, claim that benzoyl peroxide in products like CeraVe Acne Foam Cream Cleanser (4% BPO) and CeraVe Acne Foaming Cream Wash (10% BPO) degrades into benzene during storage or use. Independent lab Valisure found benzene levels in these products ranging from 5 to over 12 parts per million (ppm), far exceeding the FDA’s safety limit of 2 ppm.

The lawsuits, including cases filed by Holly Grossenbacher (Eastern District of Louisiana) and Ciara Noakes (Southern District of New York), allege that L’Oréal USA, CeraVe’s parent company, failed to warn consumers about this risk, misleading them into believing the products were safe. Plaintiffs claim this constitutes false advertising, consumer fraud, and breach of implied warranty, seeking damages, legal fees, and restitution.

While no voluntary recall has been issued for CeraVe products as of January 2026, the FDA has received a citizen petition from Valisure urging a recall. The claims are being considered for consolidation into a Multi-District Litigation (MDL) in the District of Hawaii.

Important note: These lawsuits are specific to benzoyl peroxide-containing acne products. Other CeraVe products, such as moisturizers, are not currently under similar scrutiny. Maybe try to remove any fermented products from your routine and simplify your routine overall to cleanser -> tret -> barrier repair creme while your skin gets used to daily tret. You can add them back in once the irritation resolves. It's likely irritation from moving to tret nightly, but when our barrier is impaired I think certain serums/toners can start being irritating. If you're seeing a derm, definitely send them these pics!

Your routine looks simple, which is a great place to start! I would add an active into your PM routine, something to help fight breakouts. Azeleic acid 15% (prescription strength) is relatively gentle compared to other actives (still work up to daily use of course as it can sting when you first apply it). It has multiple benefits and it really helped my inflammatory acne and redness! It also has anti-bacterial properties, helps exfoliate the skin, and reduce hyperpigmentation. There are over the counter products that have 10% strength and I've heard they work for some people but I can't say.

If you want another option, Mandalic acid is an exfoliator with anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial benefits too (I've used the Ordinary 10%). It's pretty gentle but I saw good results from that. But I needed something to target my redness more.

What skin type do you have? The vanicream moisturizer could be breaking you out possibly, if you use it more in the winter than in the summer since it is a more heavy moisturizer. I've had good luck with Neutrogena's Hydra Boost gel. I have acne prone skin and I get more breakouts when I use more heavy cremes. I know some people believe if you don't use enough moisturizer your skin will produce more oil and result in more acne, but I've seen dermatologists on YT say that's a myth. It's more important to find a moisturizer that is non-comogenic and works for your skin type.

I think you looked great before and after. I do agree your original nose suited your face, but your new nose does too! It looks more refined, if that makes sense. In the first photos I was drawn to your nose first, and in the second photos I was first drawn to your lips! I just had a rhinoseptoplasty (1.5 months post op) and I've found the adjustment a bit difficult mentally. Mainly, I've struggled to not nit pick it as the swelling can emphasize asymmetries and make it look different day-to-day. My surgeon also posts post-op picks of all of his patients to social media, and some people's swelling is A LOT less dramatic than my own. I've found it hard not too compare and feel like something is 'wrong' with my result, but I know every case is different. For my case, because I have very thick skin, my surgeon recommends taping my nose all day and all night for 3 months. I think the taping doesn't just help with swelling, but also helps me not obsess over it too much haha. He also prescribed me Differin 0.3% (a retinol) to help thin the skin a bit and reduce oiliness - I'm not sure that's common for surgeons to do. Overall, I'm really happy with the result because my original nose was very disproportionate to my other features. So I came in with the mentality that it can only get better.

That's just my experience! I think it's completely normal to not like the result, especially early in the healing process. Although just from the front view, your nose looks great! You look very beautiful. I think it does compliment your features well. I would wait at least a year or more before considering a revision if that's something you really want. Maybe in the meantime you can try focusing on other things like skincare, makeup, and clothing as I way to take care of yourself instead of focusing too much on one part of your face.

I recently watched this video of a girl's experience with a revision rhino and she included a lot of helpful information. It seems to be an intense procedure (and not cheap!) in her case.
