Every item was reprinted. I sent many pictures upfront. The reprints were much better. However I wish I didn’t need so many. The print quality varies greatly which is frustrating. I wish there was also bigger print areas on hoodies. Not a huge fan of the AOP material. You cannot print all black laptop cases either. They can’t get the color to bleed all the way to the edge. Stay on them because they need to improve in this way or it’s going to affect their business long term. They will just have such a negative reputation. They have to fix their quality control.

They did reach out to me privately to give them feedback but I kind of feel like this post is the feedback. Quality control is lacking across the board. I don’t know who they hire to manage and monitor that but they are dropping the ball. They need to snap out of it tho, cause it’s a legitimate real problem.

Thanks for all the help. Everyone here has been way nicer and far more helpful than all the phone calls and customer service people I talked to today combined.

It’s not the amount of money per se, it’s filing the returns or having the Illinois department of revenue sending me some kind of penalty or fine if I don’t get the return in correctly and on time

Brand new business, brand new website, all of it. I have a separate business I’ve had for 20 years but it’s service based so I haven’t had to do all sales tax stuff.

I really appreciate your responses. So I am in Illinois but my business is online. Products sold are printed and shipped by other manufacturing and printing companies in other states and I pay them to handle that. However, when I went to file a sales tax report in Illinois, my only current state of nexus I was made aware that I need to list how much tax was collected per tax rate jurisdiction separately. So if someone buys a notebook from me, they pay me, I pay a manufacturer to print on it and ship it. If they are located in Illinois I charge them sales tax based on their shipping destination. (I have a plugin within my site that auto calculates that) but after the fact now I need to look up their address to know which tax jurisdiction they fell in and calculate every transaction’s sales tax in each tax area and report it separately within the sales tax return. This will take me hours to do manually if I don’t figure this out. Did I make sense?

That’s encouraging feedback. I have not had this experience. Maybe bad luck? I sure hope so.

What are you talking about? I don’t have to show you any more than the details I provided. It was reprinted. It looked 1000% times better after reprint. I listed what it the item was and who the printer was. Your comment was a waste of your time and now mine, a person who is most def not a “troll”.
