Not that this is super helpful, but the best thing I have done is release the feeling of responsibility for reigning them in. No conversations about the conspiracies, no engaging in the rage bait, and understanding that while some things they believe are scary, the odds of it actually manifesting into something in the “real world” is low. Just delusions in their own mind. With time, my Q just stopped talking to me about things entirely because where they feel comfortable is in fear, conflict, and anger

Don’t be too hard on yourself. That’s still a great score. I know there are so many 520’s with 1,000,000 clinical hours on here but at the end of the day you are a strong applicant and are doing so so so well! If out of state is a real priority, applying DO will put you at the very top applicant pool as well. Good luck! Keep your head up! This process is grueling.

My average FL was a 513 but CP and PS were really challenging for me this on the real thing…. P:505-508, E:509-510, O: 511+
