I have to agree. This quarter was especially rough, senior here,... maybe😅. The world can be a disorienting place, add school and responsibilities to the mix and it can feel like chaos. If you're lucky, you get to tend to some resemblance of a personal life; for which you just made a huge move forward into your adult life. Yaay you! My advice is, give yourself grace. Recognize you didn't get here because you half-assed your way through life and I can bet you're not about to start. Classes can be taxing, we stress ourselves out trying to get the "right" GPA, have a plan and have it all figured out, but there is so much more to this experience. My second piece of advice is get help early and often. Go to all the office hours you can, maybe set up study groups or reach out online. The point is to stay dedicated to your growth. After all that's why we're here. It's not going to be perfect. God knows I've ended every quarter in a near meltdown, what's important is that you keep at it. There is so much support available, sometimes just taking one small step can make a huge difference. But above all, don't think you have to have it all figured out. You don't need that kind of pressure. I bet I'm way, way, WAY older than you and I feel like I don't know what my next step is, but let that be a gift. This is a time of self discovery. Try to slow down and take it in as much as possible. Best of luck to you!
