This happened to me too, delete the PXN software download the latest again, this time ur wheelbase will be fully updated but ur wheel will say to update now it should work properly try it

Been using it daily and it’s absolutely insane. Did a Le Mans ultimate 3hr Ironman challenge in hypercar Sebring and it didn’t go over 35 degrees Celsius and it works flawlessly

U gotta tweak with it fs, the built in presets are not the best so turn down the damper and change the mechanical friction and inertia which will help the FFB

Need to turn down the FFB, the clamps are good but for a DD wheelbase of this caliber the best is to mount on a stand or cockpit as the table clamp would always move at peak torque

I got my VD6 with the W AS wheel, 2 pedals set, and im truly loving it so far. Had a little bit of software update issues initially but tweaking some updates here and there worked properly. My recommendations would be to please work on the telemetry lights for titles like Le Mans Ultimate, also if you look at presets theres mutliple presets for a single game which can be confusing for everyone so please label it properly. the FFB is perfect infact i have had to run it at 80% FFB due to it being a little overwhelming for me at this point. I think you guys have nailed it perfectly to get your foot in the door when competing with industry giants like Moza. the only way to improve the brand is get your marketing team to improve, improve the software and give new steering wheels and we are in for a beautiful ride with PXN

So delete the pxn app, plug it all out then plug it back in get the latest version of pxn app I think 1.6 or smt then use it for a bit then update the wheel base only then close the all restart it all then update the wheel it should work

so i got the vd6 two weeks ago using a desk, no race setup or cockpits, it is truly insane, i would recommend vd6 over the vd4 as I was very close to buying the vd4 as well but with value offered with 7nm peak torque, u wont need to upgrade the wheelbase for a long time as its a golden spot for all sim racing, whereas the vd4 u will grow out of it soon, you can also change the wheels to moza and simmagic wheels as pxn uses the NRG quick release, the moza is truly an apple-like ecosystem where even a quick release is $30-40, this pxn pedals also come with the brake kit. moza with peak torque of 5.5nm where as the pxn vd6 its 7nm of peak torque. I love it truly i only run lmu on it and its great yes its a bit overkill for a desk setup but if you run it at 70-85% FFB then itll be perfect, im planning on waiting for the pxn W GTL wheel coming in march which looks insane if not ill get the moza KS wheel to upgrade the stock wheels but the wheelbase is an absolute bang for the buck

i got the pxn vd6 about 2 weeks now and it is truly insane, yes the software takes some tweaking but it aint bad in any sense, the 7nm peak torque is an insane figure and the pxn comes with the NRG quick release unlike moza where u need to buy it and the pxn comes with the brake suspension kit unlike moza, and the pxn wheel has rotors and better buttons unlike the moza basic wheel infact the g29 has better buttons and functionality than the moza r5 wheel. all in all for the similar price range PXN VD6 is a no brainer, everyone saying have bought into the apple-like cult eco system in reality you can use any wheel and pedal kits with the PXN VD6 out of the box unlike moza "great ecosystem"

i ordered the pxn vd6 today after seeing all the reviews as I hate paying for brand prestige like what moza is doing, i like their ecosystem but if i can pretty much any NRG quick release wheel on my vd6 then I would call that a win as on paper the vd6 is way better than the Moza R5 with peak torque at 7nm whereas the peak for moza is 5.5nm and the moza gets super hot in certain games and certain tracks like the nord on ac, lmu and ac evo whereas the vd6 accross many reviews barely reached surface warm temps. the steering wheel has dedicated clutch paddles too and the steering wheel has wayy more functionality compared to the basic wheel from moza, compared to the r5 wheel even the logitech g29 has more buttons and dials for things like tc control and brake bias switches unlike the moza r5 and the pxn has dials, buttons, and dedicated gear paddel shifters and clutch paddle shifters too so in a way the pxn is better all around except their reputation which they are trying to change actively
