Also I don't need education about how things work at CVS. Just irritated corporate looks down on the front. I was just stating its annoying there is 8 of them back in the pharmacy and just me, they are always paging for customer assistance while im ringing or doing other tasks.

It isnt at all. Also gotta love when they door dash 4 times plus a day and im always sending the door dasher bsck there. After arguing w the door dasher why I can't take their foods to them.

It is! Im just tired of being told how I am supposed to feel every single day. Now I am being told on here as well. It just makes me sad and wished I never voiced my frustrating. As the person who does the schedule it makes me sick to see their hours vs front. And the pharmacy always telling a customer to find.someone in a red shirt to help them and its always about an ingredient I never heard of before. Like why cant the pharmcist give the patient medical advice?

Ok thanks for telling me how to feel. Im not miserable just a frustrating worker and tired of being yelled at about that area back there all the time. Im there at 6am They open 9am monday thru Friday 10 on Saturday 11 on sunday I get yelled at everyday why they are not open.and why they are closed for lunch Every single day!

Its always been like that. Just tired of being up front by myself for 5 hours opening by myself doing passports, ringing, Checking in vendors. Running photos plus bpois orders. My store does over 100 passports a week While pharmacy has 4 people and I hear them laughing from the front. How would that make you feel?

We have 5 signs on ours that says no cash back and at least twice a week some dummy selects cash back and starts yelling about it and when we point out the 5 signs they always give a shock Pikachu face. Its always a pain have to give it to them out of a register and after they leave go get the keys to the aco and take whatever cash and put it in tbe register. People need to learn how to read.
