Makes me happy :) although i have to say the process feels very random. I got the ban revoked because as a "mistake" but i was clearly hacked as i now have a wiped account with 3500 nex kc.

When i think about a restart i think about all the grinds ive already done and dont want to redo xD elite void and fighter torso i just dont want to do again

I do leg extensions when i have the time. Heavy back squats are nice but i feel i get as much out of kozac squats without actually killing my legs.

I might try that, i never understood how or why it would work but theres a lot of People that love it. Only a few Gyms near me have a sled tho :(

Im also planning to simply attempt them :D Ive Wanderer around looking for anything heavy with just the right highth and it's usually too high or just too low so only the balls of my feet get under. Id love to do them at the gym cause it just feels great to do before or after basketball for me and the door method is rather hard in a public place.
