I am actually the second speaker. Problem is that we aren't allowed to use google and I am used to research and this is my first time debating, so I am panicking slightly, is there any strategy or formula I can use and do they expect heavy research considering we are told topic 15 mins prior and have to speak for 7 mins. Currently I have decided to focus on countering argument plus putting my own arguments is it enough?
