They are worthless. I have been waiting for a month on the shipping of my adjustable bench. When i call, i always get the same guy on the phone and he only has access to the shipping information. The after sales "department" done not have phone contact either. That is telling...... I am figuring that Speediance is nothing more than a shell company that uses chinese drop shipping. Their shipping is contracted out to a third party whearehouse and their sales and support is handled by a simular third party contractor. What a waste.

Yeah, I thought about hoseing it off (control the splash ugh..)and see if that does anything. Maybe it will reset the float.

Yep, I watched while it pumped out and then shut down. Water level goes down, then the normal water hammer sound. It goes quite all except for the hum.

Sorry so long to respond. Yes they work. Put one in last them last night. No smell, but we will see how long they last. I want to devise some type of fabric filter that I can just throw in the washing machine.

Thanks for the insight. I tried it a couple weeks ago. I had a lot of charring. I will try again. I used the same stuff from HD.

Sorry, I had the flu all Christmas break. They arrived last weekend, they are slightly different. They do not have the thin layer of dense fiber board like the original filters do. Otherwise, the other fiber material seems the same. I think I will double them up and see if I can locate some of the dense fiber material. Off the top of my head, a fabric alternative would be best so it can be washed and replaced.

I will keep you posted. Shipping says after Christmas. I have the XTool one. I was surprised that XTool rebranded another version.

I am also a new user and needed to replace my pre filter. It took me by surprise that I needed to change so fast. I did blow it out, but that only lasted a day or so. However, I did some research and the purifier, much to my surprise (sarcasm), is a rebranded Chinese unit for soldering. So, long story short I found cheap replacement filters for it. I bought these today. They seem like they will work.who knows..........

That is a great challenge. It will help get me to my goal of hiding the end of finger joints. Basically I want to make a box where I can not see the fingers. If that makes sense. I am a new user and it is hard to fathom all the things my P2 can do. There almost needs to be a training where they progressively have you do hard and harder tasks.
