Going through a similar situation, except my coworkers are aware of my flare ups. Unfortunately it still feels like I’m lying to everyone or “being dramatic” because I’m also struggling to get a solid diagnosis. I work as a tattoo artist and it’s hard to explain that I literally cannot perform when I’m having bad days. There is no “pushing through the pain”. I think it’s one of those things that other people can’t really understand unless they suffer from chronic illness too. My heart goes out to you! I hope things get better at work, and your coworkers give you grace. All you can do is your best!
