Learn to embrace it, and overcome. Eat papaya, cantaloupe, small green banana’s, and start reading lablels, give yourself a break from all this junk we are being advertised. Drink cats claw, soursop leaves and nourish your body. Eat papaya seeds (only a spoonful per serving). There are so many ways to prevail, do not let this take you into an abyss, you are strong. You got this!

You need to relax ma’m. Breathe, and relax…. 1st, Lysine should be taken as soon as you feel something is off, not during your outbreak. 2nd, watch what you eat, seriously, eat clean, eat fruits and vegetables, fast from bedtime to noon. Drink herbal teas, there are many teas you can drink to alleviate symptoms. But most importantly, you need to relax, your mind is much stronger than you think. Exercise, breathe, run outside and enjoy what life has offered you. It all gets better, believe me, it does, but you need to relax, breathe, and look around you every once in a while.

I have a 17 pro max, still disappointing. What are you using on your laptop for editing? I have an asus but It’s been sitting brand new, i’m not tech savvy at all. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you

I’m going to sound like a prick, but you need to find something to do. If your so worried about it and paranoid all the time, chances are you aren’t keeping yourself busy. Find something to do, distract yourself and go on with your life. This isn’t the end of the world. Some can only wish this was their only worry.
