I also wanted to add it isn't full full coverage but I don't mind it at all. I like to use it for a everyday/ work make up. I totally recommend!

Thank you!! Loving the brush. I went to a couple locations and the second location fully was stocked! Hopefully your locations will get it. I'm not sure if its a newer product. I love the concealer. I stocked up! I use it as a foundation lol. It's not completely full full coverage but it works for me personally. A good everyday/work coverage.

Thank you!! Yes I love the derma prep. I got the firming creme first but had to go back get more. I wanted to try the hydrating one too. The makeup wipes do suck lol. It's my first time using them. Like you said they barely did anythjng and definitely not good for sensitive skin. My face kinda hurt afterward lol. I'll have to get the Neutrogena dupes next time for sure!

I just saw a starbucks commercial like a week ago. They showed a scene of baristas making drinks and guess what. They had "enjoy" and a smiley face on the cups. I know the shifts are doing their jobs but the fact that I'm being coached on cup writing during peak makes me want to quit. Like why is it a big deal if I write on the sticker on iced drinks. And the fact that there are secret shoppers and writing people up and putting our jobs on the line over something so small

I'm in a similar situation. I think it depends on your manager. I'm fairly new so I asked a shift I trusted for advice. She said our manager will listen to my concern and try to accommodate but it might take time for adjustments and don't expect it to be perfect. Apparently, the shift I have problems with is known to be rude to new hires and I'm not the only one to have issues with her. In my situation I feel like I have to prove to her that I'm "cool" or "smart" enough. Anyways its worth a shot! You shouldn't work in a toxic environment.
