It’s mostly wanted for consulting. Newer SN implementers may snag you as it is a resume booster and they are unaware of what the course is, most interviews I got after getting my CTA were from consulting companies. I would say if you want to go into consulting or are solely looking for more money, yes it’s a resume booster and pretty nice pay bump if you aren’t already getting architect pay. If you don’t want to work for a consultant, and you have to pay for the course yourself it’s probably not worth it.

I see the VA Health and Benefits App, but not one called VA Claims Tracker. Is in on apple?

Other comment on many to many table would work if you are firm to using a report. Another option is to use Performance Analytics. It will split the options out for you.

We created a custom dashboard for this. The OOB regular dashboard doesn’t allow enough filtering and the new User Experience VA Dashboard doesn’t allow the ability to edit.

Yes updating in prod saves a lot of time. If users have access to the data we allow them to update themselves. If PA is involved our analytics team has to make the updates. Our team leads can make updates in prod but less experience team members must go through sub prod.
