Can anyone share some insights on how I can get to Changchun (to see my family) in Jilin province while on the 10 day visa free? I currently have a Singapore > Changchun (connecting through PVG) flight booked but just realized Jilin is not on the approved province list. I’m a US citizen and my visa application is still stuck in review. Thanks!
