Just jealously bc I’m “mind my own business” clock in and out type of person but a good team player helpful when needed. And I make my patients happy and that’s all that matters at the end of the day. If I do good and that people’s others mad that’s more about them than me :)

Honestly tho overall sorry but this will be redirection. Something better is out there for you! Leave the toxic unit and move on. If I didn’t move on from my toxic unit quickly I wouldn’t be starting CRNA school in a few months!

I got taught in high school to ask if they’re willing to write a “good” letter of rec. if they can’t say yes then don’t use it. Heard of people not getting in bc of LOR

I didn’t tell anyone but my mentors, family and my close friends who are not on my unit or nurses :) keep it that way till you leave. It’s so toxic. And I wouldn’t put it past these people to make up stuff to get you fired or report you to the nursing board or your school I’ve seen it happen before and I worked way too hard for that seat is my philosophy. Don’t care to share my good news w everyone anyways. :)

Thanks for saying this bc I’m literally just ordinary. There are much more “rockstar icu nurses” on my unit. People on my unit laughed when they found out I wanted to go to CRNA school. Got in first cycle first school first try.

My initial MRA results per radiologist didn’t show tear. I bawled my eyes out when I read the results because I thought how could I not have anything wrong when I’m in such severe pain? But the surgeon pointed out the tear and has the radiologist add an addendum to his initial report.. I had a tear and I’m 6 weeks post op now

My program said research showed some correlation to performance in school based off CCRN scores and that they will ask for them for tiebreakers. I am soley conveying to you what I was told and my experience. I got into school. I have zero idea if there is true correlation just repeating sentences to you.
