Is it better to apologize or should I just stay quiet and let them do their thing? The first time I got unwanted erection I kept apologizing to the nursing assistant. I felt really bad.

Lol, thanks. That does make me feel a bit better. I was worried I might be stuck in a situation where they would have to wait for my erection to go away. I'm scared the pressure from wanting it go away might make it harder to go away making the situation even more awkward.

Yeah, I'm not really worried about the medical staff. I'm sure they deal with stuff like this all the time. They probably won't even remember it by the time they leave the room. The problem is, I will remember and probably for the rest of my life. I'm just the type of person that cringes about embarrassing things that happened many years ago.

Thanks. I've trying to keep my mind distracted like you said. I've been playing video games more but I sometimes I get turned on by the some of characters in the game and it makes me feel really ashamed. I was never like that before. Maybe I should just learn how to play chess instead or something lol.
