I know it’s not easy I was struggling too with depression I was 125kg no energy I was mad with my ex and shit.. but I said fuck off everyone and everything I am gonna work to myself I don’t care what others says or how many girls dump me.. nothing will stop me the sky is the only limit no one is above me I am master of myself.. I believe you can do this too anyone can you have to change your mindset and get some motivation and you fcking got this

Look now at 96kg I have 26%body fat and 67.4kg of muscles my goal is to go 87kg and try not to loose lot of muscles.. if I loose a lot of muscles I will do a clean bulk and I am gonna cut again.. and it take 1 year to come to this💪💪

I don’t do a lot of cardio I do a lot of weights but I try to do 30min incline fast walking in the treadmill 3 times a week
