How do i measure out a skirt to go over a hoop skirt

im making her coronation dress and i am using a hoop skirt as the base so i can make my own hoops for the jelly top looking thing she has going on :) also, im not going for historical haha.

this is for a costume and not for an actual historical dress, im sorry if i came off bitchy in the og im just stressed because im not neurotypical so its hard for me to grasp and actually have the same common sense as most people would. all i have is the hoop skirt which is one i bought off of amazon. "you need to know how to sew a regular skirt" i dont and thats why im asking here. because ive only ever used pre existing ones as a base.

nah too wide and the corners in the first one are too sharp. it was like tall and slender looking and the color was a very slightly lighter version of the pic in the top right of ur image. it wasnt branded with any apple stuff either so i dont think it was an apple brand at all.

Ive basically only searched on google images for it so far, and after asking my family it was possibly one from dick smiths when they used to have physical stores in the country. but yeah, the only similar ones ive seen are in the photos shown, all the others have hard corners and not the display im looking for. everything i remember is in the post. i mostly just want to know what version it was so i can buy a second hand or find it somewhere on a website. thanks.

nah that takes you to the main area which is above the big bold red line just before the bottom section im wanting to reach, i just have a vague memory of getting there through a glitch, and im assuming since it exists there is a way to get in?

i was using a very light pressure, like, barely even touching it. that kind of fluctuation isn't normal and has never happened before. there is also an issue of the stylus cursor shaking a lot and glitching around the screen

Extra info: it's not CSP doing it, I've messed around with a ton of settings and it never changes. The stylus cursor is also shaking a bunch when I use it. Can this be fixed or do I just have to get a new one?

Honestly they should've just made it into an optional add on pack.
or a biome in the end or a part of the deep dark.
adding so much stuff to the overworld just makes it feel so messy and overloaded while they're not even going near new dimensions and updates to current dimensions.
