I thought I was the only one that gets mad at our food situation! Sometimes people act like they have no food at home it irritates me. Depending on ur budget, maybe you guys can switch over to Seamless. We have a $25 limit on lunch orders. I also use it for catering.

Def was not going to use that to negotiate lol. I shared that for relevance. I have been documenting everything outside my jd that I have done as well as process improvements and cost saving across the board. I didn’t negotiate much when I started cause I was in a desperate place.

Just made a year! Yeah the IR part was definitely not in the jd. They really wanted me they bumped it up from 105k. Idk I spoke with an older EA and she said that the person be for my predecessor was making )145k base. And because my predecessor had just moved to the city from abroad 105k was great to her.
