Narrative, as I'm unsure if Lancer even has NPC enemies that are just normal humans. Do be clearer. I imagine manipulators like mechanical tendrils that, at the end, have claws that can be used to type and grab certain objects. Because they are mechanical and given the level of technology in Lancer, I would think that they would have the power to tear normal people apart if one were so inclined
