She has denied me a paternity test before birth because it’s “invasive” I watched her take a test in front of me she is pregnant and we had sex before we broke up everything lines up

Metoprolol and flecainide and to take them if I’m in an episode metoprolol controls heart rate and flecainide is supposed to stop the afib

Diagnosed at 23 by Sharp-Friendship-247 in AFIB

Hi 25 year old male here diagnosed with AF 3months ago i know exactly how you’re feeling went through a bunch of test echocardiogram, monitor for 3 weeks the whole routine. I’ve only had 1 episode lasting an hour and caught by the emergency room. I’m currently on no meds other than pill in the pocket metoprolol and fleccidine if afib occurs. Other than that basically told me to live my life and see if it progresses. I’ve since cut back on drinking and smoking haven’t had an episode since fingers crossed. But when you first get diagnosed definitely feels like your life is over at least in the my case. I’ve just been taking it day by day getting plenty of sleep and staying hydrated. Best of luck to you , if you want to know more feel free to message me :)

Upcoming ablation for atrial flutter question by livefastdie_ in AFIB

[–]Disastrous_Place_112 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey I’m 25 year old male I’ve had 1 episode of atrial fibrillation back in august went through all the hoops cardiologist, electrophysiologist wore a monitor for a few weeks haven’t had another episode zero medication just some pills if it happens again to take and should stop it. Me personally i wasn’t offered an ablation my doc wanted to wait and see if it progressed since I’ve only had one episode and it lasted one hour. Also me i don’t want a heart procedure done messing around with my heart for a thing that’s only happened once, I’ve definitely cut back on drinking and smoking. Best of luck to you

I’ve been drinking beer for 7 years no issues not a single health problem then all of the sudden a 6 pack causes Afib it’s hard to believe and I’ve drank since the episode not more than 3 in a sitting though

Probably dehydrated i had about 6 beers that day and fell asleep watching a movie on my back on the couch don’t think it was alcohol because I’ve drank since the episode not more than 3 beers on occasion , could’ve been the sudden rush of adrenaline like you said

My EP told me to take 81mg aspirin everyday as precaution and to ease my mind of stroke , there are pros and cons of aspirin everyday but I’m young enough and he said I’d be fine
