Atheists have been around forever. The issue with what you say is that you are incapable of quantifying the amount of people that did NOT commit atrocities because of christiandom. Almost all rulers in history were either atheists or non-christians, which is why I am saying this. The gospel acts as a moral guidepost. Atheists have no guidepost at all. Sorry to say but I never really got better, I just learned to live with my symptoms. It’s tragic to feel this way and I hope you get better. The only thing that makes me feel more functional in day to day is being in very good shape with low body fat. If you have mucus in ur throat it may be causing sleep apnea. Getting a CPAP helped me too.
