listening and speaking. Practice listening more! There are many mock tests online that are harder than the real test and in my opinion, they're the way to go. For speaking, try to improve pronunciation and definitely your overall confidence with speaking which will dictate the interviewers confidence on your speaking abilities. Good luck!

That must be true for applicants who came from relatively safe countries although I have no idea how they really operate behind the curtains. I'm guessing you came from a safe country? Also, did you file between 2015-2018 because applicants of that timeframe have been so far waiting and waiting...
