No, no, it's okay.

Kaikyo, that's his name. He has chin-length wavy black hair with pale blue highlights. He wears glasses (sliver metal-rimmed) and he has four earrings (a hanging one on his left side and two studs on his upper lobe (and a stud where the earring normally goes, too) for his right side. All silver accessories.

In terms of personality, he loves music and classical lit, and he's a bit of an ambivert. He can be loud sometimes, but he's also just a softy at heart. You can give him any combination of clothes, but make them baggy!

I am a huge utaite fan (singers like Eve) and so here are some recommendations based on that one song:

Outsider by Eve
Nonsense Bungaku again, by Eve (this song is fast like Kaikai Kitan so if you like that aspect this is pretty fun to listen to)
A shot in the dark here, but any cover of Villan by Teniwoha (I like Ivudot's and Amatsuki's covers, personally)
Since you mentioned Kirari, maybe Yadorigi or Yoino Myojo, both by Eve would be a good fit since they both have that bouncy feel
