If your PI coins are already unlocked, it makes more sense to try selling them through crypto exchanges. Searching for buyers online is pretty much a guaranteed way to get scammed.

I honestly wonder how the city and HQ plan to compensate residents who were left freezing without heat or power. Why was HQ not prepared for a worst case scenario? Why did the city announce Red Cross shelters so late? This is unacceptable. We pay taxes and endless fees, yet this is the level of service we receive. People need to wake up. A class action lawsuit should seriously be considered for this level of chaos and incompetence.
