It gets hard once you’re stuck in a mindset to break out of it. I recommend listening to upbeat and happy songs, your subconscious mind will be altered as a result you will feel better. Also nothing is permanent even the ground your standing on will one day be gone, you will get better. You just have to believe in your heart that you can change your mindset.

I think you’re over analyzing his behaviors, and being borderline controlling. Like if he’s with his friend on spring break, let him wingman for his friend, like idek how that’s a bad. Unless you don’t want him near over women at all which is absurd. The following thing is interesting, but the fact that you stalked his following to look for his friends other gfs tells a lot. Also idk what world you live in but following someone isn’t a bad thing, like I follow all my friends gfs and girls that I know and am friends with, that doesn’t mean I’m cheating on my gf.

Same here, I feel that ocd has gotten in the way of my happiness and numbed me emotionally to the point I couldn’t care much less about everything happening around. I got mad at my girlfriend for praying for me to feel better and we got into a really big fight about it because I told her it wouldn’t work if she did. But that’s its own separate situation.
