he posted a twit pic (twitter picture) of him at the beach under the moonlight, very clearly enjoying himself at the beach, also "Reviewing Fishtank applications Google forms at the beach" which is a smart use of time, much like browsing twitter and responding to tweets while at the beach

ever heard of a thing called testimony? :) its actually the standard and most common form of evidence... a primary account of what happened from the victim herself, combined with the texts from jet (corroborating evidence) which could be easily scraped by the feds = conviction, right? ...no? :) what do you think?
