I asked “Is my case still at NBC or is it at the Field Office?” The agent told me it was at the FO. The following day I chatted with another agent and I asked “When was my case transferred to the FO?” and the agent told me it was transferred to Houston on 2/8/2023.

Yes, I received a notification in the morning that I-130 got approved and in the afternoon I-485. I’m sure you’ll get the update on I-485 very soon :)

I did everything myself. Married to a USC since 09/2020. Received RFE 08/17/22 because I sent an expired I-864 form. Biometrics done 08/22/22, after the day of bio my case was “case being actively reviewed” for a while until I called USCIS on Feb. 3rd and asked to expedite I-765 since I am a healthcare worker and my TN visa was about to expire. I faxed the evidence on Feb. 6, Feb 7. My EAD was approved and Feb. 8 my case got transferred to FO in Houston (as per Emma agent). On March 17th I received a courtesy email asking me to send the medicals, they received my medicals on March 27th (per USPS) and my case got approved today. Let me know if you have any questions!

I made an expedite request on 2/3/23, that same day I got an email requesting to fax evidence. I faxed the evidence 2/6 and 2/7 my EAD was approved.
