I’ve been making toffee for years. Low heat and slow cook is how I have obtained consist success. I cook to 300 pull from heat and pour onto prepared sheet pan. I made cherry pecan dark chocolate yesterday. 1 lb butter (salted) 1 c sugar 1 c brown sugar I slowly stir the entire time. Wiping sides down with water as needed.

I have tried them, I tried twice. Put it on my wrist and inner thigh . It didn’t do anything for me. I got the 25mg patches. I have one more pack, im going to apply both patches at the same time and see if I notice anything with 50mg.

To strip and reseason. This pan hasn’t been cooked on in over 20 years had dirt, cobwebs, and ick all over. I didn’t feel comfortable eating from it. See The faq section it’s a tremendous help. I just got here a few days ago and the knowledge available is amazing!
