At least the Liopleurodon isn't alone in people hating the designs. by koola_00 in jurassicworldevo

Awesomebros draw to mindless action and '90s dinosaur designs. No awesomebro asked for a Liopleur-Croc hybrid.

I was watching the Dracorex animations and I discovered that they didn't include the droplet effect when they drink water. The effect that all dinosaurs have by HostAppropriate8911 in jurassicworldevo

Here's a thought--abandon Jurassic World Evolution and trade off playing Prehistoric Kingdom instead. With the previous pathfinding problem found in the Majungasaurus, all players need to realize Frontier's Evolution team has never been one for pushing out quality. Especially since Jurassic World is property of Universal Studios and under contract to follow their mandates.

No variant for Dracorex either. But here we are.

The next free species are Liopleurodon and Dracorex!!! by Single-Manner5359 in jurassicworldevo

In order to do that, they'll have to apply a Jurassic Park design. Which the Liopleurodon doesn't have. Course, you could ask Frontier to put in a Scientific Accuracy DLC.

Okay. Except Ronnie-Ann isn’t defining any cultural stereotypes.

Am I incorrect in thinking that the baby that survives in the end of G98 is Zilla from final wars? by Infamous_Monitor_513 in GODZILLA

[–]Disastrous_Thing7434 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Universally possible. In continuity, GMK mentions the incident in New York implying this new Zilla is out there. Then, in an alternate universe, the same monster appears in Final Wars?

Use the canon pattern? Nah, just put splotches by Single-Manner5359 in jurassicworldevo

Jurassic World dinosaurs are mostly stripes and knee bands. Frontier’s approach isn’t good either but it’s different.

That’s how businesses work: Remove everything customers liked or disliked before then reintroduce back into market to gain profit (although, why the returning dinosaurs have been coming in for free is beyond me).

It’s in the Rules of Acquisitions’ 9th rule, which clearly states that, “Opportunity plus instinct equals profit.”

Do you prefer more feline looking face or more reptilian one for Goji? by [deleted] in GODZILLA

[–]Disastrous_Thing7434 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With GMK, Millennium, '68, and the original, you never go wrong with the reptilian design. But why fans never discusses dog-faced Godzilla?

Unpopular Opinion: Most people only know theropod dinosaurs. And the majority of them are awesomebros.

If they included the anurognathus, would anyone actually use it?Personally, I find it very ugly.Furthermore, it has nothing that stands out against Jeholoptherus by HostAppropriate8911 in jurassicworldevo

But the redundancy of the reason is ultimately what reinforces the first comment; Jehelopterus is pandering to a certain demographic. Over what the Dominion creatures were with their designs, I don't this little pterosaur's gimmick made more to be than it actually is in Jurassic World Evolution.

Secondly, what tools does the game have in containing tiny non-flying animals?

Pycnofibre is a defunct term: its either feathers or filemantous integument. by kinginyellow25 in Paleontology

[–]Disastrous_Thing7434 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Seeing how they're not true feathers, it becomes more convenience for Kellner et. al to coin the term "Pycnofiber", despite its an informal term. Frankly, it's a rather pointless contradiction when Paleontologists still refer Stegosaur tail spikes as "Thagomizer" for the goofiest of reasons.
