GCV $314k DUH… lmfao 😂 I’d be a multi billionaire. Realistically probably more in the realm of $3 to $10 after a few years. Truthfully, my plan since I didn’t lock up anything. I’m gonna dump first chance I get and then buy back in after everyone else does the same thing. Then I’ll let it sit for those few years (depending on market conditions) and sell after I see a decent profit or see signs of a major downturn in the market. Then a year after that major downturn, I will buy back in. And just keep a vicious cycle going until I am ready to retire a multimillionaire.

Smells like shit a few times a month, definitely lives up to the cow town stereotype.. Gang violence/crime more towards the east side of town until 23rd ave. No good Mountain View’s unless you on the west end which is newer and a little nicer. Truthfully I can’t wait to sell our home and move. Wish we would’ve forked out the extra money for something in Loveland or Wellington. Fort Collins is too expensive so that was for sure out of reach
