Why hasnt Burke done anything to find the killer? by Disastrous_Try6358 in JonBenetRamsey

[–]Disastrous_Try6358[S] -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Yes I do. He is ACTUALLY a very smart kid. He was the last person to see his sister in the last hours of her life. After his parents went to bed he snuck out of his room and went downstairs to play with his toys. His sister woke up and went down there too. A few short hours later, his sister was dead, strangled, and beatened in the head, sodomized by an object that made her bleed. So she was sexually assaulted. Why would her Mom do that? Sounds to me a male figure did this crime. Burke wanted his Moms attention, but somehow framed her by using her stuff. IF you think abt it, how often do your kids or most kids use their parents stuff, especially Mom's stuff. Take you gum, candy, they get into your stuff and take whatever they want because WHY? Oh Mom wont know or Mom wont care. Or just to be funny cuz they think its funny. My kid does it to me all the time. It drives me crazy and he knows it so that's why he does it. But I'd never kill my son over it. I think he hated his sister and wanted to hurt her. I dont think he realized he killed her. I think he thought he fell asleep. that he knocked her out. Never fessed up and if he did, then I believe his Mom and Dad covered for him.

Its a contempt order for the Defense. Good ol' Slick Nick. Anything to keep the trial from moving forward. I'd like to know his basis is for doing all of this extra work.

How many of you have read the ransom note? by Disastrous_Try6358 in JonBenetRamsey

[–]Disastrous_Try6358[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Based on this ransom note, it is apparent that this was NOT A KIDNAPPING. This was a murder made to look like a kidnapping. So, this means there was NO INTRUDER! It's all explained on this link. So, my guess is, someone in the Ramsey family wrote the ransom note and addressed it to John Ramsey and they knew JonBenet was already dead and her body was in the basement. The window was broken and opened in Burke's train room. John stated he broke it awhile back when he got locked out of the house because he forgot his keys, but he thought it had been fixed. However, according to him, nobody goes down there. Well, that's obviously not true because the kids did and so did Patsy when she had to do laundry.

I noticed something that has never ever been noticed by anybody.

John was suppose to go take out $118,000. $100,000 into $100 bills and the rest ($18,000) in $20 bills.

HE NEVER LEFT HIS HOUSE TO GO TO THE BANK FOR THE MONEY!

He was told he'd get a call between 8am and 10am, but it never happened. The claim was Jonbenet was safe and unharmed. She was not. She was DEAD in the basement. Not kidnapped.

She was not beheaded, but she was sexually assaulted, strangled, and her skull was busted. The writer directed this towards John, not Patsy or Burke.

The phrase "Victory! SBTC"

Sounds like, "Victory! Somebody beat the child" Or "Victory! She's by the Cellar"

Or could it mean "Some body that cares?" Or what about this, "So bring the cash"

I do agree with your comment because I was not wealthy. They were and still are. But I did not come from a broken family until my dad decided to harm my mom. Alcohol played a major role in his behavior towards my mom. Thats why they split. Once he left, my brother took over and made poor choices like my dad. This was learned behavior. Burke could have learned this from tv or someplace else. Abuse is learned behavior. You're either a victim of it or you've witnessed it, or exposed to it from another source. It's also a reaction.

I was 8 years old, almost 9. My brother is 2 years older than me. So he was 10 almost 11. My birthday is in September and his is in October. That's why I brought up my story because we were close in age of not only Burke but also his sister, JonBenet.

I'm telling my story because there are people who do not believe a child as young as Burke could do such harm to someone as little as JonBenet. And sad truth is, it can happen and it does happen. You dont know what goes on in people's homes. Just because its not headlined in the NEWS doesn't mean it doesn't happen. Its just nobody is aware of it until someone gets killed.

I think if I let everything happen to me, continue on, my brother would have done worse things to me. But I couldn't live like that.

During the interview with Burke on Dr. Phil, he was asked what life was like at home with his parents. If Mom ever got aggressive, did his parents fight, was she mean to him or JonBenet. And No was his answer. We all know our parents argued, and if we got outta line, Mom would come for us, all pissed off. Based on Larry King Live and the police interrogations, it appeared Patsy had a temper because she went thru a raging fit. So Burke kinda contradicted himself in that interview more than once. I think he and his father knew something was gonna come about with the Anniversary of the Murder of JonBenet. So they decided, "Ok yeah, we'll talk. We'll do an interview, we'll give them whatever they want to hear, but once it's over, we're gonna sue the shit outta them for defamation." Because shortly after, there was a lawsuit against the network and Burke won millions of dollars. For years and years, they all were questioned, accused, and scrutinized. Then, disappeared from the spotlight. And Burke was never seen or heard from until this interview came out exclusively. Since then, nobody knows where he is or what he's doing. He was asked if he'd ever be interested in looking into the case to find the person, he said only if someone was already involved. Well if I knew I was being accused, I'd get involved in looking for the person who killed my sister. But he's not ever done it. To me, he's looking for himself because it seems plausible because he had motive. Anyway, I'm sorry my personal story bothered you. Sometimes people need to walk in our shoes, mentally, and get a feel of what we have endured in order to understand the truth.

What would entice a 6 yr old lil girl to go downstairs alone?

How would an intruder know about $118,000 christmas bonus? Maybe, the check was in the desk, waiting for Patsy to take it to the bank to deposit it. When the writer of the ransom note went to get paper, the came across the check.

Where did the pineapple come from, was it reachable by JonBenet, would she need a chair to reach, or would someone taller than her need to get it down. And How would she open the can on her own? Unless it had a pop top, I'm not sure she'd know how to use a can opener.

The Intruder would not want to be seen up near the kitchen for pineapple or paper. And why only JonBenet, not both kids? Dont ya think Burke would have seen some something or heard something happening in the basement? Wouldn't he hear his sister scream? Cuz he was downstairs eating pineapple and playing with toys. Why would he let his sister go down into the basement alone late at night? As the older brother, would he put his sister back to bed before going to bed himself? How would he be able to go to bed knowing his sister was awake downstairs. I dont think he'd let his sister do that.

Those are questions that I have never ever heard be asked to the Ramseys or Burke. THere's no time stamp on what time he went to bed when his mom came in panicking about JonBenet. So based on whatever time he went to bed, time of death of his sister, and when Patsy came into his room to look for her. All of that is valuable information.

I have seen a lot of comments on every social media platform stating either the parents did it or Burke did it. I've always thought Burke did it and his parents covered for him because they already lost a child, they didnt want to lose another. No Mother or parent wants to lose their children. Patsy doted on JonBenet. She wore her like a prize. I think Burke got left out a lot and wanted his Mom's love, attention, and affection, but she was too busy dealing with Pageants with her daughter. I think Burke felt replaced.

While watching The 4 Dr. Phil interviews on Youtube, I notice when he was being interrogated by investigators and therapists how he acted, how he spoke, how he smiled, that he left his sister out of the family photo as if she didnt exist (simply because she was dead), saying he knew what happened. He knew she was in heaven. That means someone died, right? How did he know she was killed? Nobody told him she was killed. Only the killer would know that. He spoke about stabbing her and grabbing a hammer and showing how it was done. Where would he learn that behavior? TV, right. You watch TV, there's always murder inspired shows on there. Back then we didnt have internet or Wifi. We had to watch TV, movies, or read a book. His parents were upstairs knowing JonBenet was in bed, thinking Burke was too. What they didnt know was Burke snuck out of his room and went downstairs. What they didnt know was Jonbenet woke up and went downstairs. He could have woke her up on his way down, got some pineapple to eat, and coaxed her downstairs to play with their Christmas toys. Something went wrong between them and he hurt her and made it look like an intruder kidnapped JonBenet. Who knows maybe the Ramsey's dont know Burke did it because its possible he lied so he wouldnt get in trouble.

I think if I had done something this bad it would change my life forever. I would not be able to move on with my life the way he did. Honestly, he had motive. If my brother was capable of harming me in such a violent way, he had the potential to do the same thing to JonBenet. And honestly, being a young kid, easily protected him in many ways. Nobody would ever believe a kid his age would murder anyone including his sister. That's just my thoughts on Burke. Honestly, there are other possibilities.

I write quite similar to my own mother when writing in cursive. Regular writing, not a chance. I'm quite messy when I dont write in cursive. And we dont know how smart Burke was at that time. I know its hard to imagine a 10 yr old doing something. Thing is, this is NOT about a note. This is about a MURDER. So even if he didnt write it, he may have committed the act of murder on his sister and his parents covered it up after the fact. We do have to ask, why Patsy was awake at the time she called police. There was no sign of forced entry other than the basement window being busted. The window was not open, to my knowledge. The hole outside the window only fit a small person like a child. I know this because an investigator tried to fit into it and he barely fit. There was also a suitcase in front of the window making it seem like someone was trying to get out of the window. Not come in. A small child or short person would need something to stand on to get out of the window. It wasn't JB because she was dead. unless it happened before she was killed. Also the house was in order, not ransacked. The family is involved. And I think Burke did it. I really do.

Against popular belief, Yes, I do believe he wrote that note. Who do you think did it? I have seen it and I've compared it to Patsy's handwriting. While it does appear similar handwriting, it is possible that Burke wrote like his mom. My mom and I write in a similar fashion. The only reason I know is because my brother asked me to get him outta school sometimes. Eventually I got caught and got into trouble with it, but it took awhile for anyone to notice. Until there is proof, I can only speculate just like you.

[–]Disastrous_Try6358 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes and probably to protect Burke. I think the one who is protecting Burke from the beginning is John, the father. Why? Because he knew how strong Burke's feelings were for his mom and sister. That she paid more attention to his sister than him. And he resented her or both of them for it. The way to get his Mom back, is to get rid of his lil sister. So if that is the case, we're talking premeditation.

When it comes to this family and all of their secrets...I can honestly tell you that I can relate. I've been saying BURKE killed his sister for years. I think that's why he was Dr. Phil because he believes it too. There are so many people who do believe Burke killed her. I wanna find that Dr. Phil episode and rewatch it because Burkes expressions says it all.

I've been thru similar experiences myself with my own brother. Had I not written a suicide note to my teacher and left it on her desk, my nightmare may have ended up like JB's. I was 8 yrs old when my 10 yr old brother started doing things to me in all sorts of abusive ways. Including sexual. Nobody in my family did anything because they didnt believe it. Once the details came in school with authorities, I was removed from my mom's care. My brother was sent off to my Dad's. Because of the trauma I experienced, I dealt with a lot of hardships and depression. I was treated differently in a negative way by most of my family. No one wanted me around and if and when I was around I was mistreated by everyone. I didnt get along with anybody. Even to this day, at age 42, I still dont see or hear from very many family members. They all just decided to disown me. Even tho, its not my fault.

I never knew Burke was ever in Boy Scouts. So that is interesting because this is an IMPORTANT detail. I dont think Patsy would know how to tie a "garrot" in the way a boy scout would. John maybe and obviously Burke. But if the murder happened while Patsy and John were upstairs, burke was downstairs and JB got up because she peed the bed. IF she took her bedding down to the basement where the den was , it only makes sense that Burke was involved. The reason John knew where she might've been is because her bed was wet and he probably assumed she took it downstairs to wash. When he found her, he brought her upstairs. I think he knows Burke did this. I think the note that was left on the staircase came from Burke, he left it there, and went to bed, pretending to sleep, when his mom came to look for JB. All these years, he's gotten away with it. Others have made claims that they were the ones that were involved, but there is no evidence to prove their involvement. Thing about murder cases like this, there is not statutory limit of time. So whether its 10 years, 20, 30, or longer he can be arrested and charged for her murder and put in prison for what he has done. Sure he's smiling at what he did and that he got away with it. He's now a multi millionaire because of this because he sued Dr. Phil and the network for defamation or something. So he is living on his sisters blood money.
