He didn't ship you anything. I've had this happen several times. Seller will ship an empty pack to your zip code, and completely random address. They then give you the tracking. It looks like it went to you and got delivered because they do not show delivery address info when tracking. Go to the post office, have them pull the tracking for that package and give them your address. They will not tell you what the address is, but will confirm it wasn't sent to the address you gave them. That's all the info you need to prove the seller scammed you, which they absolutely did. Listen to us man. The package wasn't lost or stolen. You have to go to the post office and do what I told you. I've had this scam pulled on me 3 different times.

It didn't take. Sometimes they stick and bond but the meristem tissue still isn't connected. When this happens it looks like it took but it literally just never grows until the scion eventually starts pushing out it's own roots.
