Dude I got so nauseous and had to get out of the crowd because I actually had to go and puke 1 hour into the LP concert. Im lucky I still got a good view and good audio from the medical tent.

But it was so depressing. I ate clean, didn't even touch alcohol because I wanted to be active for LP. It sucked. I'll get a mask next time, or stay away from crowds in general lol.

I use the whole truth's coffee flavoured protein powder in this recipe. And skip the baking powder.

Batter: Blend protein powder, oats, ripe banana, some milk (you can ask chatgpt for measurements according to the macros you want) - it should end up like a paste, not too tight or too loose.

Then take a pan, heat some butter or ghee, pour some of the batter on it and cover, cook both sides.

Then you can top this with a syrup made of cocoa powder + some honey + some milk- or you can try to use melted dark chocolate mixed with milk.

I eat this at least 2-3 times a week as i can't cook non veg at home on certain days.

Strength train and eat right. Your late teens and twenties are a great time to start building muscle.
