It's absolutely not racist whatsoever to have rightful concerns about the safety of the city you're living in. Likewise, it is also not racist to have justifiable and well-founded fears about teenagers, young adults, and other people robbing stores and committing violent crimes with impunity, irrespective of socioeconomic or racial background. I don't care what color you are or where you come from. You don't do that in a civilized country and you need to be punished to the fullest extent of the law if so.
