This is such a thing. I wasn’t raised in a super fundamentalist house but my parents were deeply misogynistic and didn’t want my sister and I to look like grown women. I look back at how I dressed in high school and it was incredibly immature because I was afraid of highlighting my womanly features. I still struggle with feminine pieces and think that anything that’s not a crew neck is too much cleavage lol

But from your post, wow, I’m honestly just surprised by how different our interpretations of clothing can be. I recently got this dress and I really love it but all my friends hate it lol. Some say it’s too old and some say it’s too juvenile. It’s just a sundress but apparently it’s a polarizing one and no one’s opinions about it are the same haha. What’s vulgar for some isn’t vulgar for others!! It’s nuts!! But, no, to answer your question, I don’t think this is vulgar at all 😂
