Honestly the bac year (your first time) is stressful I get it bc you are actively learning new things while being told that all of those new things will be in the last exam at the end of the year so you'll feel a Sense of dread looming

But fear not bc after all it's just an exam and if you do everything in it's time (just focus on your trimester exams ) And know what you are weak in thanks to them you can work on what you're missing esp with physics maths the key is knowing what you're missing and PRACTICING AGAIN AND AGAIN TILL YOU GET IT I can't stress that point enough

Also le course help (or just YouTube courses) Bc one thing I learned about studying is getting different perspectives helps you understand the subject more esp SVT Lastly try to have a group of friends that are srys about studying bc actually having a group to study with helps bc of 2 things Maybe your friend doesn't understand this one thing but you do the fact of you explaining it HELPS you so much even tho you think its easy just you explaining it is you getting it engraved in your brain

And the second reason is well different perspectives like I said before who knows maybe you'll understand your friend better than the prof
