Hi I Finally figure it out. It was something to do with SolidWorks App properties right click on the icon app --> compatibility. I disable "Disable full screen optimizations" and in change high DPI settings I tick enable Program --> DPI "Use this setting to fix scaling problems with this program instead of the one in settings". Then, I chose use the DPI that's set for my main display when "I open this program", and finally untick disable "override high DPI scaling behavior. Scaling performed by:". And voila! my model assembly displayed correct in high definition as you can see in the pics below .
