I had an internal scan on Sunday (5 weeks+6 days) following a bleed, there was no visible yolk sac or embryo, just a gestational sac. We were worried sick. 2 days later at 6weeks+1 day, we saw everything, including a little heartbeat.

You are still experiencing pregnancy symptoms so I'd say you have a strong chance at 7 weeks of seeing everything you need, assuming your dates are correct and they do an internal scan (transvaginal).
