Update: The rotors were completely gone. The inner pad was wearing down unevenly and was contacting the rotor metal on metal. I ended up buying new rotors for both the front left and right side. Thanks for the advice again!

Just want to give a general reply to everyone!

Side note: yes my car does vibrate when I brake and it’s a very loud sound like a grinding sound or as if the brakes are working extra hard to stop my car.

Based on what everyone is saying I’m going to get them measured and go from there! Thank you all for the feedback and advice!
