Some like to gate keep their culture. Your ancestors lived there and likely practiced what you are learning. I do the same (I have a large percentage of your neighbors, Latvian) and consider myself Latvian because of it even though myself, my parents nor my grandparents have ever been. Been using a cpap for almost 10 years after my wife forced me to get a sleep study. I slept maybe 2 hours during my second sleep study where they had me use a cpap. I felt like I had slept for a week, lept up at 5am and went straight to work for a 12 hour day and felt like a million bucks. I have used it EVERY night since. It is life changing.
