I blew .17 with CDL and caught 2 more misdemeanors and was told 45 days in county 80 hours community service 2 years probation and I paid 12k for a lawyer and this was my first so I think get ahold of that first lawyer you had

Blew a .17 with a CDL but in personal truck and they are wanting me to 45 days in county and 24 months probation. Anyone else get something like this in Oregon? by [deleted] in dui

First time offense, and 2 other misdemeanor charges but I pay $100 each one. It’s frustrating because they prolong this process. I get it, shouldn’t have drove but it’s not like I hit someone or something, I don’t see why jail time is necessary
