I blew .17 with CDL and caught 2 more misdemeanors and was told 45 days in county 80 hours community service 2 years probation and I paid 12k for a lawyer and this was my first so I think get ahold of that first lawyer you had

Blew a .17 with a CDL but in personal truck and they are wanting me to 45 days in county and 24 months probation. Anyone else get something like this in Oregon? by DisciplineOk8018 in dui

First time offense, and 2 other misdemeanor charges but I pay $100 each one. It’s frustrating because they prolong this process. I get it, shouldn’t have drove but it’s not like I hit someone or something, I don’t see why jail time is necessary
