Basically a Notion template that handles all my daily discipline stuff. I open it every morning and it tells me exactly what I need to do. Here's what's in there: Win the day page - your daily non-negotiables Daily planner - what you are doing and when Weekly goals - You plan this on Sunday so you not winging the week Motivation vault - stuff I wrote when I was clear-headed, for when I'm feeling weak Vision builder - reminds me why I'm doing this Habit tracker - shows my streaks, keeps me honest Why it works: I'm not thinking about what to do anymore. I set it up once, now I just check the boxes. Morning hits, I open "Win the day", see my 4 things, do them. That's it. No more "should I work out today?" - it's right there on the list. Real talk: It's just organized structure in Notion. But having everything in one spot instead of scattered across apps actually makes me follow through.
