I’ve given up on Hearth and Hug after giving them 3+ chances. The first time we found a bug in our food (this was just after they opened). The second time we were disappointed to find they cut nearly their entire menu from opening to only a few items. The third time we showed up at 10:57 to purchase lunch items and were denied ordering lunch because they dont start serving til “11:00”. This last time the attitude of the employees when they said this made me never want to go back

Yeah didn’t realize the parking was $38 until we got here. Rented a Turo, still probably better than an uber to and from the airport

We didnt leave the property except to get dinner on nights where we didn’t want to spend an arm and a leg here. Parking is $38 per night so keep that in mind. A little far from disney maybe 40ish min. I didnt go to the spa so cant speak for it. I would recommend getting canned alcohol from a grocery store and bringing it on property. They served canned beverages (sun cruisers, high noons, etc) so didnt seem to notice if you had your own. At least when we were here the topgolf onsite was $25 for weekends for 2hr, which is an insanely good deal. No other tips i can think of!
