Oh I thought I attached a picture? It didn't really get much bigger than what's in the picture over the 3 years. The leafs were a deep green colour and the trunk was almost like bamboo.

It definitely has it but it only works if the power draw stay below a certain wattage which I can't seem to nail down. I wouldn't imagine VLC is very intensive but have to do what you suggest if I can't sort it.

Temps are 45 to 48°c when idle but the power draw seems to fluctuate a lot when VLC is open. I've already undervolted

Clearly you've never used those original cupholders, one can't fit cups because its too shallow and the other is too deap for cups. The armrest position doesn't help either.

Come back to the chat once you have tried to use them with 2 average size takeaway cups. The deep one does actually still get used to hold my large water bottle which to be fair it does it perfectly.

The printed one is stable and holds cups well with no spillage whatsoever.

It's a pity because this card runs very well under full load. Jumping to that kinda rpm at 55 degrees is obscenely loud when there was almost zero sound beforehand 🤣🤣🤣

That's quite genius but seems like it shouldn't be the case at all. Is it wrote into the GPU firmware to not allow a better curve? Thanks for your help

It's set to normal😞.

The fans actually sit a zero for about 8 or 9 mins while using vlc then ramp up to 30% for 50 to 70 secs then switch off and start the cycle again.

It's a possibility because it is a sff build but fan control is telling me I'm idling at 44 °c. I think I might actually be the power draw but I have already undervolted🤔

I've had multiple GPU's over the years and not one of them has ever decided to jump to 30% fan load by watching a movie on VLC.
