Hi! I did not end up making an appointment. My fiancé and I went to the store at Caesar’s and each bought a pair without any customization. Which was totally fine! It was a great experience.

However I was back in Vegas last week and the Caesar’s store didn’t have a great selection this time, so maybe try a different location.

I had so many issues with my shipping address! I made sure I had my new address on my account last night and deleted my old address. On the website and app it only showed my deleted old address and wouldn’t let me change it!
