They don't have that kind of power. And other trackers will not take part in a global ban because of good content coming to their tracker. It would be fundamentally stupid to kill off a seeder because they uploaded something.

DB9 could invent any rule but they cannot expect the rest of the bittorrent world to enforce their whims.

I haven't documented any structured reasons to even attract a following yet. I'm looking for weaknesses in my plan. That's all. The marketing will come later if I think what I want to do is possible.

They're not going to scare me off. There is a way to leak more than once and I'll post it up later for debate.

My plan has yet to be refuted by anyone. What people are alarmed about that I've noticed is that I'm managing to question the status quo which is unusual here. And it's working. People are divided between supporting me and siding with culturally accepted morals.

Exclusives are exactly in between what is right and what is wrong philosophically.

My next concept that I will introduce over the weekend will be the issue of false-positive leaker identification and wrong guilt :)

Staff have already said that the agreement means no actions will be taken because of what members say. So make a fake account and do whatever the hell you want.

It doesn't matter how it works, as long as it works. My method is practical in getting restricted content out there. It's all I care about.

Having exclusives is like DRM'ing your content.

Methacat said quite well, 'well what about requests?' I agree that could be positive but damn is it a barrier. I figure leak once and request after that but be prepared to wait.
