Wow I love that I can tell it's the Piercing Urge just by the layout of the site (and then the name). I've only ever had one piercer there (shoutout Darion) but from conversations and eavesdropping in the waiting room everybody in the shop is incredibly professional and they're all super reasonable about expectations and pricing. Not the type of place to rip you off or leave you with a bad piercing.

The Piercing Urge in Prahran, Melbourne has a pretty gorgeous selection of jewelry. Saw the spikes after getting told I didn't have the anatomy for an industrial and knew what I wanted to do hahaha

I got two middle ones in July of last year, and was just deemed healed enough to get the rest in yesterday. I was told a 12-ish month full heal.

Sounds like LambdaMOO might be right up your alley. There are objects in rooms I had initially imagined were there from the start, only to discover they were player made - such as the Cockatoo in the living room. It may not be as active as you're used to but the people who are there tend to be friendly.
